Associate M365 Engineer

Overview

Associate Microsoft 365 Engineer supporting administration, governance, and operational management of Microsoft 365 services.

What you'll do

• Administer and support Microsoft 365 services including Exchange Online, Microsoft Teams, SharePoint Online, and Microsoft 365 Groups.
• Support Microsoft Copilot Studio and Agent platform onboarding, deployment, environment management, and user access.
• Manage Microsoft 365-related ServiceNow requests and maintain service catalog documentation.
• Run governance reviews and audits for functional accounts, resource accounts, shared mailboxes, distribution lists, and Microsoft 365 Groups.
• Track operational work and governance/enhancement projects through Jira.
• Assist in implementing Microsoft 365 governance, security, compliance, and access management standards.

What you'll need

• 1–4 years of experience supporting Microsoft 365 technologies.
• Hands-on experience with Exchange Online, Microsoft Teams, Microsoft 365 Groups, and Entra ID.
• Experience working with ServiceNow and Jira.
• Knowledge of PowerShell scripting and automation.
• Strong troubleshooting, documentation, and communication skills.
