Overview

Associate Manager in Research Consulting (Oncology) at Inizio Advisory's Putnam team, drawing on existing life sciences experience and, where possible, deep domain expertise.

What you'll do

• Manage research projects, including planning and tracking for efficient delivery.
• Ensure quality management by adhering to research process and protocols.
• Execute reports.
• Transfer knowledge and project learnings to the functional group or organization.
• Generate new product ideas for new product development or existing product enhancement.
• Handle projects independently and deliver them efficiently, including engagement with internal and external stakeholders.
• Take the lead in resource development through trainings (including on-the-job training) and by developing or updating frameworks or protocols for strategic analysis.

What you'll need

• 4-7 years of experience in a similar or allied role in an advisory organization or the pharmaceutical industry.
• Graduate or post-graduate with a management degree from a reputed institute.
• Pharm/M. Pharm, MBA/MBBS/MD or PhD in Immunology, Oncology, Molecular Biology, Biochemistry, Pharmacology or Life Sciences.
• Technically strong with an orientation toward commercial considerations, or vice versa, with strong logical and analytical acumen.

• Degree from a premier institute.
