Associate Online Producer

Overview

The Associate Online Producer ensures consistent, repeatable design and execution of e-commerce creative assets and experiences supporting online channels, coordinating projects and stakeholder communication across Digital Commerce.

What you'll do

• Assist with the execution of workflow with multiple business and technology stakeholders, ensuring alignment with overall business objectives.
• Get involved with new process improvements and implementation.
• Be responsible for project completion on a daily basis, ensuring on-time, error-free execution.
• Work closely with design, operations and other teams to ensure seamless integration of initiatives across all channels.
• Take part in issue resolution and partner with additional support teams when resolution requires a system deep-dive.
• Maintain flawless execution.
• Ensure CMS libraries, toolkits and components are active, functional and optimized.
• Participate in overnight releases to support assigned products.
• Execute pricing changes, marketing banners and updates, product and promotion configuration modifications, and special catalog and taxonomy changes on Lowe's online properties (lowes.com, iOS apps, Android apps).
• Work with Site Operations, UX, Creative and Digital Commerce teams to ensure projects are executed accurately and on time.
• Execute business tools set enhancement recommendations.

What you'll need

• 1-2 years of work experience.
• Ecommerce or online/omnichannel retail experience.
• Project management or workflow management tools such as Workfront or Jira.
• Demonstrated delivery of business results.
• Time-management and organization skills.
• Strong execution skills and ability to drive operational excellence.
• Ability to stretch across events, especially tier-1, Black Friday, Holiday and other events.
• Excellent verbal, written and technical communication skills enabling presentation of concepts and ideas.
• Proficiency with the MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook).
• A positive attitude and attention to detail.

• Based at the on-site office in Bengaluru.
• Overnight release participation is part of the role.
