Associate, Payroll - MUM

Overview

Associate, Payroll & Benefits supporting employees as the first line of support. Manage monthly payroll and benefits administration for the APAC workforce.

What you'll do

• Prepare monthly payroll inputs and share them with the vendor.
• Ensure accurate and timely submission of payroll inputs and approvals by set timelines.
• Handle payroll data, reconciliation, and audit support.
• Respond to employee inquiries related to payroll and benefits.
• Work with the payroll vendor for annual returns and maintain employee registers.
• Monitor payroll compliance monthly and manage payroll partner relationships.
• Administer benefits including health insurance, life insurance, retirement plans, and tax saving benefits.

What you'll need

• Basic understanding of payroll processing.
• Foundation of Indian payroll regulations and payroll compliance.
• Familiarity with compliance regulations including PF and other statutory deductions.
• Detail-oriented approach and ability to juggle multiple priorities.
• Strong English communication skills for conveying information clearly.
• Comfort delivering payroll and benefits knowledge sessions to new employees.
