Associate Planner

Overview

Associate Planner – Planner Support, Discretionary supports Marketplace Planners with data-driven planning, forecasting inputs, business case development, and decision support for discretionary businesses.

What you'll do

• Develop business plans for key metrics including GMV, revenue, traffic, conversion, and partner productivity.
• Build and maintain weekly, monthly, and quarterly forecasts across discretionary planning areas.
• Track performance vs plans and highlight risks, opportunities, and drivers of variance.
• Translate planner requests into clear data requirements, analysis plans, and repeatable templates.
• Produce forecasting inputs, pre/post-performance reads, business cases, and scenario analysis.
• Support planning cadences such as weekly business reviews, forecasting cycles, and performance tracking.

What you'll need

• Bachelor’s degree.
• 3–5 years of experience in business planning, financial analysis, merchandise planning, or eCommerce.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in Excel and ability to work with large datasets.
• Ability to communicate insights and manage stakeholders.
• High attention to detail with a structured approach to problem solving.
• Demonstrates ownership, curiosity, and a bias for action.
