Associate Product Support

Overview

Support product scope, sprint backlog and delivery of usable software by working with users, designers and engineers.

What you'll do

• Formulate and define systems scope and objectives through research and fact-finding, applying an understanding of applicable business systems and requirements.
• Manage the sprint backlog, including planning, prioritization, grooming and readiness.
• Work collaboratively with users, designers and engineers to understand requirements and solution features, and slice work into vertical stories.
• Ensure stories collectively result in useable software that meets the needs of the users.
• Perform portions of reports and data analysis based on an understanding of the function's business context.
• Evaluate and prioritize scope trade-offs as new work emerges.
• Review development work for quality and completeness.
• Facilitate effective defect management.
• Communicate status and manage stakeholder expectations when required.
• Contribute to product discovery work.

What you'll need

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, a related field, or equivalent experience.
