Associate Project Manager

Overview

Associate Project Manager supporting site programme delivery through coordination, governance, stakeholder engagement, and operational execution.

What you'll do

• Coordinate and support delivery of site programmes, initiatives, and events.
• Maintain governance forums, dashboards, action trackers, and management reporting.
• Manage stakeholder communications and coordinate activities across councils and functional teams.
• Support tracking of site risks, issues, dependencies, and mitigation activities.
• Assist with site budget tracking, financial reporting, and operational planning.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives and support adoption of new ways of working.

What you'll need

• 5–8 years of experience in programme management, PMO, operations, governance, or business management roles.
• Strong project coordination and organisational skills.
• Effective stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Experience preparing leadership reporting, presentations, and dashboards.
• Ability to work across multiple teams in a matrixed environment.
• Strong attention to detail with a focus on execution and delivery.
