Overview

Associate Renewal Specialist to manage customer renewals, support sales quoting, and provide Salesforce assistance for partnered Sales teams.

What you'll do

• Manage the renewal process for customer accounts.
• Provide quoting support and general Salesforce support to Sales teams.
• Collaborate on renewal strategies with customer account and success stakeholders.
• Help meet and exceed quarterly and annual retention quotas and related metrics.
• Use Salesforce.com to manage accounts, opportunities, forecasting, and customer experience tracking.
• Maintain accurate monthly and quarterly sales forecasts.
• Assist in developing relationships with existing accounts to support timely renewals.

What you'll need

• 2+ years of experience in software or web technologies renewal sales.
• Exposure to technical audiences.
• Proficiency with Salesforce.com and CPQ.
• Ability to articulate new technologies and align value to customer needs.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Detail-oriented with exceptional organizational abilities.
• Familiarity with Slack and Google Apps.
