Totaline AfterMarket–Spare Parts Sales role in Bangalore, responsible for driving Totaline sales and business growth across the Bangalore and Karnataka market.

What you'll do

• Drive Totaline sales and business growth across Bangalore and Karnataka.
• Develop and manage relationships with SPDs, TKOs, and competitive dealers.
• Identify new business opportunities and expand the Totaline channel network.
• Achieve monthly, quarterly, and yearly revenue and margin targets.
• Promote non-traditional Totaline products including Air Curtains, Dehumidifiers, and Air-Side Accessories.
• Coordinate with internal teams on product availability, pricing, dispatches, and customer requirements.
• Ensure timely collection of payments and maintain healthy receivables.
• Conduct customer visits, product presentations, and technical discussions.

What you'll need

• 3–7 years of experience in HVAC spares sales and distribution.
• Graduate or Diploma in Mechanical, Electrical, or HVAC-related discipline preferred.
• Strong understanding of the HVAC spares market and channel business.
• Good communication, negotiation, and relationship-management skills.
• Willingness to travel extensively across Bangalore and Karnataka.
