Overview

Sales Engineer role focused on growing sales for B&R next-generation technology and automation solutions in the southern region.

What you'll do

• Grow sales by developing opportunities and the sales pipeline.
• Analyze customer needs and market trends to propose tailored techno-commercial solutions.
• Handle negotiations and close deals to meet business targets.
• Collaborate with internal teams to support smooth project execution and customer satisfaction.
• Promote B&R technologies via customer engagement, industry events, CRM forecasting, and after-sales growth initiatives.

What you'll need

• 5-10 years of experience in industrial automation sales and solution selling.
• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical, Electronics, Instrumentation, or Mechatronics Engineering.
• Extensive experience in automation technologies and application development.
• Demonstrated customer engagement, communication, and negotiation ability.
• Experience working with multinational organizations.
• Fluency in English and Hindi, plus regional language proficiency.
