Cloud Account Executive

Overview

Cloud Account Executive for the Service Cloud team, responsible for selling Service Cloud and carrying quota for Service Cloud product sales.

What you'll do

• Formulate and implement a Service Cloud sales strategy within an assigned region.
• Drive revenue growth by penetrating the current customer base and developing new customers.
• Work with current and prospective customers to understand their challenges, goals, and needs.
• Collaborate with customers on Salesforce Service Cloud to evangelize solutions for business goals.
• Develop and implement successful Service & Support sales campaigns.
• Personally create new leads from prospecting efforts and qualify leads and sales opportunities.
• Strategize, negotiate, and close business; run a full sales cycle to address client problems.

What you'll need

• Carry quota for Service Cloud product sales.
• Run a full sales cycle related to contact center needs and exceed an annual sales quota.
