Associate Research Scientist, Real World Evidence

Overview

Associate Research Scientist in Real-World Evidence (RWE), supporting real-world studies in the pharmaceutical and biotech space as an analytics expert.

What you'll do

• Prepare and perform analyses of primary and secondary data.
• Develop study protocols and analysis plans.
• Design RWE studies.
• Communicate study results internally and externally.
• Contribute to multiple cross-functional projects on the RWE team.

What you'll need

• Master’s degree in a subject related to health services research (e.g., health economics, public policy, health policy, epidemiology, biostatistics, or public health).
• Proficiency in one or more programming languages: R, Python, SQL, or SAS.
• 0–2 years of relevant prior research experience, including undergraduate or graduate research.
• Ability to work effectively individually and as part of a diverse team.
• Experience conducting real-world studies, including data feasibility assessments, protocol development, analytic dataset creation, data analyses, and study reports.
• Ability to perform data preparation and analyses independently and make recommendations on study direction.
