Associate Research Scientist, Real World Evidence

Overview

Associate Research Scientist role focused on Real World Evidence (RWE) studies in the pharmaceutical and biotech space.

What you'll do

• Conduct real-world studies including data feasibility assessments.
• Develop study protocols and analytic dataset creation.
• Perform data preparation and independent data analyses.
• Develop protocols and analysis plans and design RWE studies.
• Prepare and perform analyses of primary and secondary data.
• Communicate study results internally and externally.
• Provide recommendations on study direction to clients and team members.

What you'll need

• Master’s degree in a related health services research field (e.g., health economics, public policy, health policy, epidemiology, biostatistics, or public health).
• Proficiency in at least one of: R, Python, SQL, or SAS.
• 0–2 years of relevant prior research experience (including undergraduate/graduate research).
• Capability to work effectively individually and as part of a diverse team.
• Ability to balance competing demands and meet deadlines.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
