Overview
Associate, Specialist in Credit Analysis within Corporate Banking, supporting credit assessment and approvals for corporate/investment banking clients.
What you'll do
- Conduct comprehensive credit analysis of IBG2 clients to assess creditworthiness and financial standing.
- Interact with clients to collect required information and documentation for credit assessment.
- Prepare detailed credit proposals and recommendations for new and existing clients.
- Coordinate with the Credit team to obtain timely approvals for credit facilities.
- Support Relationship Managers with annual supervision reviews and credit approvals for new deals/new-to-bank clients.
- Coordinate with the Trade & Operations team to ensure timely completion of KYC and documentation requirements.
What you'll need
- Relevant experience in credit analysis or a similar banking role.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to interpret financial statements and assess credit risk.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for client and internal stakeholder interactions.
- Proficiency in using financial analysis tools and software.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
- An MBA or CA with relevant number of years of experience in Corporate Banking.
