Associate Staff Engineer, ERP Oracle CPQ Technical Consultant

Overview

Associate Staff Engineer role focused on Oracle CPQ Cloud technical consulting and end-to-end integrations across CRM/ERP platforms.

What you'll do

• Lead end-to-end Oracle CPQ Cloud implementations including commerce flows, pricing, approvals, and document generation.
• Translate business and functional requirements into Oracle CPQ technical solutions.
• Configure and customize Oracle CPQ modules for defined business and enterprise needs.
• Develop, optimize, and troubleshoot BML scripts, BMQL queries, and XSLT-based document templates.
• Design and support integrations between Oracle CPQ and CRM/ERP systems using REST/SOAP and middleware patterns.
• Support testing, UAT, production deployments, and post-production support.
• Conduct client workshops and present solution designs and integration architectures.

What you'll need

• 4+ years total experience.
• Hands-on enterprise application consulting with Oracle CPQ Cloud.
• Experience with BML, BMQL, XSLT, and Oracle CPQ configuration modules.
• Knowledge of Quote-to-Cash (Q2C) processes, pricing models, commerce flows, and approval workflows.
• Experience with Oracle CPQ integrations with CRM/ERP platforms such as Salesforce, Oracle Fusion, and SAP.
• Familiarity with REST/SOAP APIs and middleware-based integration patterns.
• Experience supporting unit testing, UAT, and production deployments plus release management.
