Associate Staff Engineer, Service Now(ATF & Testing on GRC module)

Overview

Associate Staff Engineer focused on ServiceNow testing and automation, specifically the ATF and GRC module.

What you'll do

• Develop, configure, and maintain automated test scripts using ServiceNow ATF.
• Execute manual and automated test cases and document test results.
• Perform functional, regression, integration, and end-to-end testing across ServiceNow modules.
• Test the ServiceNow GRC module to validate related workflows, controls, and processes.
• Support testing during ServiceNow platform upgrades and releases.
• Identify, log, track, and manage defects through closure.
• Validate REST and SOAP API integrations and support API automation testing.

What you'll need

• 4+ years of ServiceNow testing and automation experience, especially ATF.
• Hands-on testing experience in the ServiceNow GRC module.
• Experience with end-to-end testing using STLC methodologies.
• Knowledge of test management and defect management processes.
• Good understanding of REST and SOAP APIs, including API testing and automation.
• Experience working in Agile development environments.
• ServiceNow CSA (Certified System Administrator) certification (mandatory).
• Automated Test Framework (ATF) Micro-Certification (mandatory).
