Associate Success Operations Analyst

Overview

Support Success Operations by turning plans into the reports, tools, automations, and processes used by the Success team. This entry-level role involves working with data, Salesforce, Power BI dashboards, documentation, and process improvements.

What you'll do

• Build and maintain Salesforce reports and dashboards for Success leaders.
• Keep recurring reports up to date and check that the numbers are right.
• Help build and define AI workflows and automations.
• Look for manual, repetitive work that could be automated.
• Write and update wiki articles and step-by-step guides for Success processes, including the reports and tools the team builds.
• Test new Salesforce features and Power BI dashboards before they go live.
• Report back on whether each change works as expected.
• Flag data or system issues that look wrong and describe them clearly so they can be fixed.
• Ask questions, learn the business, and take on more responsibility over time.

What you'll need

• Bachelor's degree in data science, analytics, statistics, computer science, information systems, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
• Comfort working with data and spotting when something doesn't look right.
• Interest in AI tools and automation.
• Clear writing and a willingness to ask questions.
• Curious, organized, and eager to learn new tools and processes.

Nice to have

• Internship, coursework, or project experience with Salesforce, Power BI, Tableau, or similar tools.
• Some experience with Python, SQL, or Excel.

Details

• Location: Bangalore.
• Must be able to work US business hours.
• Must be able to work any of the assigned shifts, including APAC, EMEA, or AMER, as might be needed for the business.
