Asst Mgr, Sales - IGM (Sales, Nashik)

Overview

Asst Mgr, Sales - IGM (Nashik) representing Baxter’s products and driving sales through clinical selling, customer coordination, and territory business development.

What you'll do

• Drive sales by building preference for Baxter products in Nashik and surrounding revenue districts.
• Meet HCPs and para medical staff and coordinate with commercial/purchase authorities and channel partners for supply and liquidation.
• Increase awareness and adoption among anesthetists, super specialty surgeons, and intensive care specialists.
• Plan and execute activities aligned to KPIs to achieve forecasts.
• Track inventory and take timely action to avoid or minimize wastage.
• Track product/service quality complaints and coordinate with PV & Quality for response and closure.
• Develop BD strategies for the assigned territories, including new customer identification and market penetration.

What you'll need

• 5+ years of pharmaceutical, medical equipment, or related industry sales experience.
• Consultative selling skills.
• Data analysis and problem-solving skills.
• Strategic key account management for Govt. and Corporate accounts.
• Negotiation skills and customer management.
• Ability to present and maintain fair-balance during scientific discussions.
• B.Pharma/ B.Sc./B.Tech with Masters or equivalent management experience as an advantage.
