AVP - ST&I Recovery Resolution planning

Overview

AVP - ST&I Recovery Resolution planning in the Valuations in Resolution (ViR) team, maintaining BAU valuation capabilities for a resolution scenario.

What you’ll do

• Develop strategic infrastructure requirements and redevelop models using monitoring, IVU feedback, and business changes.
• Deliver advanced model analytics, including recalibration, sensitivity, and root cause analysis.
• Improve stability and consistency in calculation approach through process improvements, controls, automation, and analytics.
• Provide model execution, output analysis, and lifecycle management for forecasting and BAU models.
• Lead technical engagements with QA and IVU for strategic redevelopment projects on behalf of FTC.
• Conduct controls and testing, including UAT as part of model product ionisation.

What you’ll need

• Maintenance of Financial Control ViR capabilities, including process documentation and a controls/governance framework.
• Lead and coordinate ViR Financial Control testing activities, including sourcing data, documenting outcomes, and presenting outputs.
• Act as Financial Control SME across multiple ViR valuations.
• Coordinate project management aspects such as delivery tracking, management updates, governance forums, and regulatory submissions support.
• Good understanding of Financial control or technical accounting concepts.
• Good communication skills.
• Ability to build relationships with stakeholders across multiple areas.
