Bangalore Operations Supervisor

Overview

Operations Supervisor will act as a key SME for operations workflows, ensuring compliance, performance, and process improvements for account opening, transaction processing, reconciliations, and card servicing.

What you'll do

• Review, analyze, and improve critical operational workflows including account opening, transaction processing, reconciliations, and card servicing.
• Drive operational readiness for new product launches, system implementations, and regulatory changes.
• Lead process automation and digital transformation initiatives to improve efficiency and accuracy.
• Conduct root cause analysis for operational errors or SLA breaches and implement corrective/preventive actions.
• Ensure strict adherence to regulations through coordination with risk and compliance teams and audit support.
• Track performance metrics including TAT, accuracy, error rates, NPS, and FTR, managing multiple priorities and complex projects.

What you'll need

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Arts, Commerce, Humanities, or equivalent.
• 4-5 years of work experience.
• Experience in back office and/or process outsourcing.
• Knowledge on reports and trends (preferred) and skills in process optimization, data analysis, and RCA.
• Must be flexible with a rotational schedule.
• Skills listed include coaching/mentoring and regulatory compliance.
