Overview

Banking Operations Associate supporting retail banking core operations, including payments and card chargeback dispute review.

What you'll do

• Process banking transactions including deposits and withdrawals.
• Facilitate payments (e.g., SWIFT, EFT).
• Support account opening and KYC activities.
• Review dispute claims to determine card chargeback authenticity.
• Honor chargeback requests as per regulation E.
• Analyze and solve lower-complexity problems.

What you'll need

• Any graduation qualification.
• 1 to 3 years of experience.
• Advanced English (International) ability.
• Agility for quick learning.
• Ability to establish strong client relationship.
• Ability to perform under pressure and collaborate effectively.
• Written and verbal communication skills.
