Overview
Entry-level Banking Operations Associate role in Core Banking Operations (including Payments), focused on Retail Banking Account Operations.
What you'll do
- Solve routine problems, largely through precedent and referral to general guidelines.
- Work as an individual contributor within a team with a predetermined, narrow scope of work, following detailed instructions on all tasks.
- Review card chargeback dispute claims to determine their authenticity and honor the request as per Regulation E.

- Any graduation.
- 0 to 1 years of experience.

- Location: Chennai.
- Decisions are closely supervised and primary interaction is within your own team and direct supervisor.
- May require working in rotational shifts.
