Overview

Provide operational support for employee benefits programs across North America and Latin America. Ensure accurate, timely administration and a consistent employee benefits experience across multiple countries.

• Administer health and welfare plans.
• Support retirement programs.
• Manage leave of absence processes.
• Coordinate vendor operations.
• Partner with HR Operations.
• Partner with Payroll and external vendors.
