BIM Architect

Overview

Develop and maintain Revit models, CAD drawings and architectural documentation for BIM projects under the guidance of the Project Lead.

What you'll do

• Develop, update and review Revit models and CAD drawings, ensuring accurate interpretation and integration of design intent across disciplines.
• Prepare, manage and revise architectural documentation including plans, elevations, sections and detailed drawings in accordance with SD, DD, IFC and GFC project stages, maintaining compliance with established standards.
• Deliver well-coordinated design and construction documentation, including specifications, tender documentation and construction-stage deliverables.
• Produce high-quality 2D and 3D presentations, BIM models, rendered views and conceptual sketches to communicate design intent and support client presentations.

What you'll need

• B.Arch degree.
• 4–5 years of experience.
• Strong working proficiency in Revit.
• Strong working proficiency in AutoCAD.
• Strong working proficiency in Dynamo.
• Strong working proficiency in visualization tools such as Lumion.
• Practical experience in Common Data Environments (CDE) and Autodesk Construction Cloud (ACC) workflows.
• Sound technical understanding of construction methodologies, materials and detailing practices.
• Strong knowledge of applicable building codes, regulations and international standards, ensuring compliance throughout the project lifecycle.
