Job description
Overview
Handle daily export and import documentation tasks in line with the client and process IOPs, maintaining quality of service at all times and supporting peers with technical or process challenges during execution.
What you'll do
- Prepare export and import documentation and submit it accurately and on time to stakeholders.
- Follow IOPs and check any deviations with stakeholders before proceeding.
- Focus on data quality to ensure SLAs are met.
- Stay up to date with process and IOP training to create documentation.
- Perform root cause analyses in the event of escalations.
- Train new hires on the process(es).
- Support peers with technical or process-related challenges during process execution.
