Overview
Support Transfer Agency transformation and operational delivery by analysing business needs, documenting requirements, supporting critical applications and contributing to controlled, scalable solutions, with focus on investor onboarding, AML/KYC and core Transfer Agency platforms.
What you'll do
- Support discovery, requirements elicitation, analysis, validation and documentation across business, technology and control stakeholders, and translate problem statements into business requirements, user stories, acceptance criteria and traceability outputs.
- Assess current-state processes, data flows, hand-offs and controls, identify gaps and define future-state requirements for investor onboarding, AML/KYC, static data, documentation, reporting and related Transfer Agency services.
- Contribute to the definition, validation and implementation of target operating models, including roles, capabilities, governance, process ownership, technology enablement, controls, service delivery and organisational impacts.
- Work with project managers, product owners, operations, technology, risk, compliance and vendors to support analysis through scoping, design, detailed requirements, implementation readiness and post-implementation review.
- Develop test strategies, scenarios and plans; execute or coordinate system, regression and user-acceptance testing for Fenergo, ICON, Multifonds and other Transfer Agency applications; analyse results, manage defects and confirm acceptance criteria.
- Participate in and, where appropriate, facilitate workshops and working sessions; clarify assumptions, resolve requirements questions and support alignment across regional and cross-functional teams.
- Identify operational, data, control and regulatory considerations, assess jurisdiction-specific requirements and ensure they are documented and reflected in solution design and delivery.
- Prepare process maps, data mappings, governance materials, training content and implementation artefacts; contribute to improvements in analysis standards, templates, controls and ways of working.
- Support transformation initiatives and adoption of new processes and systems, working with regional functional managers on communication and smooth implementation.

- Relevant business analysis, change delivery or application-support experience within funds, asset servicing, Transfer Agency, investor onboarding, AML/KYC or financial-services operations; typically 5–7 years of relevant experience.
- Strong knowledge of Transfer Agency operating models, controls, service delivery and applications.
- Proven capability in requirements management, process mapping, data analysis, test planning, UAT, defect management and implementation readiness.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work through ambiguity, manage priorities and deliver to agreed timelines.
- Self-driven and accountable, with the initiative to work independently and take ownership from problem identification through delivery.
- Ability to connect end-to-end business processes, data, systems, controls and customer outcomes, identifying upstream and downstream dependencies.
- Strong stakeholder-management, workshop-facilitation, communication and presentation skills, including translating between technical and non-technical audiences.
- Demonstrated ownership, sound judgement and the ability to influence cross-regional teams without direct authority.
