BPS Middle Office Representative II

Overview

Managed Service Operations Analyst role for the loan syndication and operations team, focused on deadline-driven operations and service-quality delivery for CDO/CLO and loan syndication reporting.

What you'll do

• Perform day-to-day operational tasks.
• Handle trade execution and settlement activities.
• Conduct reconciliations including compliance reporting, cash and trade break investigation, and principal & interest recon.
• Manage trade attributes recons and trade lifecycle management.
• Work with internal and onshore support teams for timely clearance, resolutions, and ad-hoc requests.
• Ensure assigned items are completed with accuracy and timeliness.
• Contribute to process improvement and keep SOPs/job aids and other process documents updated.

What you'll need

• Bachelor’s degree or the equivalent combination of education, training, and work experience.
• Two to seven years of investment banking experience.
• Good written and verbal communication skills.
• Flexibility to support business in extended hours.
• Good knowledge of MS Excel.
• Experience of loan syndication and financial services.
• Fluency in English.
