Overview

Brand Lead role in Mumbai managing two beauty brands and leading creative/content direction across multiple channels.

What you'll do

• Lead an integrated team and provide guidance and management.
• Drive experimentation and content innovation to find breakthrough ideas.
• Develop brand and cultural narratives to strengthen brand identity.
• Execute go-to-market plans and campaigns while staying on top of trends.
• Oversee influencer content planning and integrate into owned and earned media plans.
• Approve content plans, creative layouts, monthly narratives, and assets.

What you'll need

• Minimum 8 years of content management and strategy experience.
• Demonstrated proficiency handling Beauty brands.
• Proven experience managing teams of at least 8 members.
• Innate creativity with strategic vision and strong attention to detail.
• Exceptional influencing and creative problem-solving skills.
• Passion for and inquisitive approach to AI and new technologies.
