Bulk Ops Specialist

Overview

Stadium is expanding its Operations team with a Bulk Ops Specialist to deliver exceptional service to customers and suppliers and ensure their success on the platform. This is a remote position.

What you'll do

• Develop and maintain SOPs for bulk operations.
• Coordinate with all internal and external stakeholders to ensure the best in class experience for customers and vendors.
• Own end to end operational flows for everything related to bulk orders as well as operational KPIs.
• Optimise and improve workflows with data backed decisions leveraging AI and business intelligence.

What you'll need

• 1-2 years experience in customer-facing or people-oriented roles.
• English as a first language.
• Ability to thrive in a dynamic & fast-paced environment.
• Solutions-oriented mindset and background as a proven problem solver.
• Strong customer focus and passion for engaging with people to help them succeed.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with attention to detail.
• Great listener and keen to understand customer situations and goals before responding with strategic guidance.

• Patient, empathetic, and enthusiastic about interacting with all types of customers.

• Remote position; Stadium is based in New York City.
• Candidates living outside of the US will be hired as independent contractors through Deel.
