MSP Recruiter I, PMG

Overview

Porch Group is seeking an MSP Recruiter I to find and onboard quality moving companies in areas needing additional Moving Service Provider coverage for Porch Moving Group (PMG). This role is remote in Colombia and is employed through RemoFirst, Porch Group's Employer of Record partner in Colombia.

What you'll do

• Identify and research potential movers in areas identified as needing additional MSP coverage.
• Make cold calls to sell the B2B partnership and explain the benefits of partnering with PMG.
• Qualify potential MSPs, ensuring all vetting guidelines and requirements are met for the respective onboarding platform.
• Sell services and products to potential MSPs, including warm leads and cold calling.
• Process new MSP applications and onboard MSPs, inputting their information into all software used accurately and efficiently.
• Answer incoming calls from new MSPs and respond to requests accordingly.
• Follow proper guidelines for breaks, lunches and clocking in/out.
• Maintain key phone KPI metrics (ACW, hold times, project other, ETC).
• Be responsive in a timely manner in Slack Chat while available in all rooms assigned to the MSP Recruitment Team.
• Work with all departments of PMG.
• Represent PMG in a positive manner and maintain a positive attitude.

What you'll need

• 6 months of experience in business development.
• 6 months of experience in lead generation.
• 6 months of experience in negotiation of rates or pricing.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, Gmail, Slack Chat).
• Professional phone communication.
• Strong organizational skills.
• Detail oriented.
• Critical problem-solving skills.
• Ability to multitask and react quickly to changing priorities.
• Ability to overcome objections.
• Ability to build rapport.
• Experience working with global and/or US based business teams.
• Excellent written and communication skills in English.

• Ability to demonstrate superior sales skills and appropriate negotiation tactics.
• Ability to analyze complex situations and make decisions that are mutually beneficial for PMG and MSPs.

Nice to have

• 6 months of experience in cold calling.

• Location: Colombia.
• Workplace type: Remote.
• Employed through RemoFirst, Porch Group's Employer of Record partner in Colombia.
• Workspace: a quiet space to work and an internet connection of at least 30 Mbps download and 10 Mbps upload.
• Monthly salary: COP 3,500,000.00.
• Monthly incentive: COP 712,800.00 target, variable based on individual performance, subject to program guidelines and approvals.
