Business Analyst

Overview

Analyze an organization and design its processes and systems, assessing the business model and its integration with technology. Assess current state, identify customer requirements, and define the future state and/or business solution.

What you'll do

• Act as an SME, collaborate with and manage the team to perform.
• Be responsible for team decisions.
• Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
• Provide solutions to problems for your immediate team and across multiple teams.
• Facilitate communication between business units and technical teams to ensure alignment of goals and deliverables.
• Support the development and implementation of process improvements to enhance operational efficiency.
• Mentor junior team members by sharing knowledge and guiding their professional development.
• Research, gather and synthesize information.

What you'll need

• Must have: Proficiency in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance Functional.
• Minimum 7.5 years of experience in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance Functional.
• 15 years full time education.
• Strong analytical skills to interpret complex business requirements and translate them into functional specifications.
• Experience in process mapping and business process reengineering to optimize workflows.
• Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to drive consensus and achieve project objectives.
• Excellent communication skills to effectively convey technical and business information to diverse audiences.
• Skilled in requirements gathering, documentation, and validation to ensure solutions meet business needs.
