Overview

Senior Business Analyst supporting transformation programmes through requirements analysis, process and workflow design, automation, AI adoption, testing, and stakeholder engagement.

What you'll do

• Gather, analyse, validate, and document business requirements.
• Design future-state operating models and workflows.
• Identify opportunities for process optimisation, automation, and AI adoption.
• Support RPA and intelligent automation solution delivery.
• Manage the full user acceptance testing lifecycle.
• Coordinate stakeholders across business, technology, data, operations, risk, and delivery teams.
• Support change adoption and continuous improvement initiatives.

What you'll need

• Experience as a Business Analyst in change, transformation, or technology programmes.
• Strong requirements gathering, process analysis, and documentation skills.
• Experience with generative AI tools such as Claude, Copilot, or ChatGPT Enterprise.
• Experience with process modelling and BPM tools.
• Experience supporting or designing RPA and automation solutions.
• Experience using Excel, SQL, Jira, and reporting tools.
• Understanding of AI, machine learning, LLM, VLM, and Agentic AI concepts.

Nice to have

• Experience in asset management, wealth management, life and pensions, or financial services.
• Experience in Agile delivery environments.
• Lean Six Sigma, ECBA, CBAP, or equivalent qualifications.
• Experience with Blue Prism, UiPath, or equivalent automation technologies.
