Overview

Business Management Analyst role focused on using data analytics and AI-first thinking to support COO initiatives in the Private Bank.

What you'll do

• Support process excellence and operating model transformation initiatives with COO, business, operations, and technology stakeholders.
• Use data analytics, visualization tools, and self-service dashboards to produce actionable insights and management reporting.
• Identify and prioritize automation, AI, and digital transformation opportunities via process assessments and business case development.
• Design, test, implement, and monitor automation solutions including workflow automation and AI-powered use cases.
• Gather requirements, track deliverables, manage sign-offs, and coordinate execution of improvement projects.
• Use analytics to identify trends, root causes, risks, and efficiency opportunities, translating findings into business recommendations.

What you'll need

• 4-6 years of experience as a Business Analyst or Data Analyst/scientist.
• Strong foundation in Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, Data Science, and Advanced Analytics.
• Hands-on experience with Python and SQL.
• Knowledge of data modelling, predictive analytics, workflow automation, and intelligent decision-support solutions.
• Experience translating business requirements into scalable data, automation, and AI-driven solutions.
• Ability to explain complex analytical concepts to non-technical audiences and manage multiple initiatives.
