Business and Data Analyst - Emerging Leader

Overview

Business and Data Analyst to build and maintain BI and analytics solutions across the end-to-end solution lifecycle, including requirements, development, testing, deployment, and production support.

What you'll do

• Design, develop, and maintain business intelligence solutions using Alteryx, Tableau, Power BI, or Spotfire.
• Create interactive dashboards and reports that meet business requirements.
• Schedule reports and automate report generation for timely delivery of insights.
• Create data quality checks to ensure accuracy and integrity in BI solutions.
• Implement row-level security to ensure appropriate data access and confidentiality.
• Perform data modeling, integration, and transformation to ensure data accuracy and consistency.
• Create and manage complex SQL queries and views for analysis and reporting.

What you'll need

• 5+ years of Business Intelligence or Analytics development experience.
• Strong SQL expertise, including complex query development, data analysis, and view creation.
• Solid understanding of data warehousing, data modeling, and ETL processes.
• Bachelor's degree.
• Experience with advanced analytical, critical thinking, and problem-solving capabilities.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills to collaborate across technical and business teams.
