Business Architect role focused on assessing current state, capturing high-level requirements, and defining business solutions that translate into technology-enabled operating models.

What you'll do

• Assess the current state and define business solutions based on high-level requirements.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to translate business needs into technology-enabled solutions.
• Support transformation efforts by developing business cases and guiding implementation.
• Facilitate workshops and meetings to gather requirements and align on project goals.
• Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
• Mentor junior team members to enhance their skills and knowledge.

What you'll need

• Minimum 5 years of experience.
• Proficiency in ASP.NET MVC.
• Strong understanding of software development life cycle and methodologies.
• Experience with system architecture and design principles.
• Ability to analyze and document business processes and requirements.
• Familiarity with project management tools and techniques.
• 15 years full-time education required.
