Business Architect - Asset management

Overview

Business Analyst role focused on Asset Management / Global Fund Services to gather, analyze, and document business requirements across fund and investment workflows.

What you'll do

• Gather, analyze, and document business requirements across front-to-back fund and investment workflows.
• Engage with senior global stakeholders and communicate complex concepts.
• Drive alignment across regions.
• Support the end-to-end delivery lifecycle from discovery through implementation.
• Work with Agile delivery artifacts including epics, user stories, and backlog refinement.

What you'll need

• Proven experience as a Business Analyst in Asset Management or Global Fund Services environments.
• Domain background in Custody, Wealth Management, or Capital Markets.
• Hands-on experience with Agile delivery, including epics, user stories, and backlog refinement.
• Strong analytical, communication, and documentation skills.
• Experience supporting end-to-end delivery lifecycle including discovery, design, build, testing, and implementation.

Nice to have

• Experience working with global banks, custodians, or asset managers is preferred.
