Business Architect

Overview

Business Architect role focused on identifying opportunities to deliver tangible business value by assessing the current state, capturing high-level requirements, and defining technology-enabled business solutions and operating models.

What you'll do

• Identify opportunities to deliver tangible business value by assessing the current state.
• Capture high-level requirements and translate business needs into technology-enabled solutions and operating models.
• Develop business cases and guide implementation of key transformation initiatives.
• Act as an SME, collaborate with and manage the team, and take responsibility for team decisions.
• Engage with multiple teams and contribute to key decisions, providing solutions to problems for the immediate team and across multiple teams.
• Facilitate communication between business and technical teams to ensure clarity and alignment on project objectives.
• Drive continuous improvement by identifying process inefficiencies and recommending innovative approaches.
• Mentor junior team members to enhance their understanding of business architecture principles and practices.

What you'll need

• 15 years of full-time education.
• Minimum 5 years of experience required.
• Must have: Aveva OSIsoft PI proficiency.
• Strong analytical skills to assess business processes and identify areas for improvement.
• Experience translating business requirements into technology-enabled solutions and operating models.
• Ability to develop comprehensive business cases that support strategic decision-making.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills to engage diverse teams.
• Capability to guide and support the implementation of key business transformation initiatives.

• The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in Aveva OSIsoft PI.
