Overview

Packaged/SaaS App Engineering Lead who owns the design and evolution of packaged or SaaS solutions, overseeing configuration, integrations and releases, and acts as an SME for the team and across multiple teams.

What you'll do

• Own the design and evolution of packaged or SaaS solutions, overseeing configuration, integrations and releases.
• Set platform standards to ensure stability, performance, and alignment with business and vendor constraints.
• Collaborate and manage the team as an SME, and take responsibility for team decisions.
• Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
• Provide solutions to problems for your immediate team and across multiple teams.
• Facilitate communication between business units and technical teams to ensure alignment of objectives.
• Support the development and implementation of process improvements to enhance operational efficiency.
• Mentor junior team members to foster professional growth and knowledge sharing.

What you'll need

• Minimum 5 years of experience in ServiceNow IT Service Management (ITSM).
• Must have proficiency in ServiceNow IT Service Management (ITSM).
• Strong analytical skills to evaluate business processes and identify areas for improvement.
• Experience in requirements gathering and documentation to support solution design.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
• Excellent problem-solving skills to address complex business challenges.
• Familiarity with process mapping and business process modeling techniques.
• 15 years full time education.
