Overview

Packaged/SaaS App Engineering Lead who owns the design and evolution of packaged or SaaS solutions, overseeing configuration, integrations, and releases, acting as a subject matter expert on ServiceNow IT Service Management (ITSM) architecture.

What you'll do

• Act as an SME and lead the team, taking responsibility for team decisions.
• Engage with multiple teams and contribute to key decisions.
• Provide solutions to problems for the immediate team and across multiple teams.
• Lead architectural reviews and ensure alignment with organizational standards and best practices.
• Facilitate communication between technical teams and business units to ensure clarity and shared understanding.
• Mentor junior team members to support their professional growth and enhance team capabilities.
• Set platform standards to ensure stability, performance, and alignment with business and vendor constraints.
• Design and deliver scalable, high-performance technology architectures within ServiceNow ITSM environments.
• Integrate ServiceNow ITSM solutions with other enterprise systems and platforms.
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex architectural challenges related to ITSM workflows and configurations.

What you'll need

• Minimum 7.5 years of experience in ServiceNow IT Service Management (ITSM).
• Proficiency in ServiceNow IT Service Management (ITSM).
• Experience in designing scalable and high-performance technology architectures within ServiceNow ITSM environments.
• Strong knowledge of IT service management processes and their implementation using ServiceNow.
• Ability to integrate ServiceNow ITSM solutions with other enterprise systems and platforms.
• Skilled in troubleshooting and resolving complex architectural challenges related to ITSM workflows and configurations.
• 15 years full time education.
