Business Developer- Application (Gujarat)

Overview

Business Developer - Application works with sales teams to grow and protect business in assigned market segments and territory.

What you'll do

• Manage business development pipelines using industrial contacts to understand customer processes.
• Plan joint accounts and prospecting with sales teams based on business development objectives.
• Lead prospecting initiatives, including opportunity detection and qualification to support sales actions.
• Promote selected solutions to potential and existing customers and propose value-added technical solutions.
• Develop relationships at business and technical levels inside customer organizations.
• Coordinate with sales on opportunity development, technical offers, trials, start-up, and customer trainings.
• Participate in offer and contract reviews, and support contract signature negotiations.

What you'll need

• Bachelor’s in Engineering or Diploma in Engineering.
• Prefer chemical, mechanical, or electrical engineering department background.
• Minimum 3+ years relevant experience in technical sales from industrial sales or manufacturing (examples: FMCG, Pharma sales).
• Knowledge of industrial processes.
• Ability for economical understanding of industry.
• Clear written communication in a logical manner.
• Clear and transparent oral communication of ideas.
