Business Development Associate (Sales)

Overview

Business Development Associate (Sales) internship focused on lead generation, client acquisition, and supporting outreach campaigns.

What you'll do

• Work with the Business Development team to identify and connect with potential clients.
• Assist with cold calling, client communication, follow-ups, and virtual meetings to generate and qualify leads.
• Help execute and track email and other outreach campaigns for lead generation.
• Research prospects, understand client requirements, and maintain lead databases.
• Collaborate with Business Development and Marketing on outreach and growth strategies.
• Support weekly and monthly lead generation and business development goals.

What you'll need

• Internship role with passing year 2026 and 2027.
• Background in Management, Commerce, Marketing, Business Administration, or related fields.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Comfort with cold calling, client interaction, and virtual meetings.
• Proactive and confident with willingness to take initiative.
• Ability to work independently and collaborate with a team.
