Position Overview

We are hiring 2 Sales Executives to drive business growth by acquiring clients from the Canadian and US markets. The ideal candidate should have strong B2B sales experience, excellent communication skills, and the ability to generate and close leads independently.

Key Responsibilities

• Generate and qualify leads from Canada and the USA.
• Identify new business opportunities and build long-term client relationships.
• Conduct sales meetings and product/service presentations.
• Negotiate contracts and close deals.
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
• Collaborate with the recruitment team to understand client hiring requirements.
• Maintain accurate sales records and CRM updates.
• Represent Diverse Loopers professionally in all client interactions.

Eligibility Criteria

• MBA (Marketing, Sales, International Business, or equivalent).
• Minimum 5 years of proven sales experience.
• Experience in B2B sales, HR, Recruitment, Staffing, IT Services, or SaaS is preferred.
• Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
• Strong negotiation and relationship-building abilities.
• Self-motivated, target-oriented, and able to work independently.

Compensation

• Salary: Up to ₹50,000 per month (based on experience and performance).
