Business Development Manager

Overview

Business Development Manager to lead partner acquisition and drive ecosystem growth through strategic deals, category expansion, and long-term partner relationships.

What you'll do

• Identify and onboard partners across digital-first categories.
• Build and maintain a pipeline of potential collaborators via structured outreach.
• Negotiate commercial terms, revenue models, and long-term agreements.
• Evaluate new categories and verticals for partnership opportunities.
• Drive exclusive or early-access collaborations where relevant.
• Develop scalable partnership frameworks to expand partner supply depth and diversity.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for escalations, alignment, and renewal discussions.

What you'll need

• 5–7 years of BD or partnerships experience in a high-growth digital company.
• Experience closing strategic deals and managing partnerships.
• Strong business acumen.
• Exceptional stakeholder management.
• Ability to execute high-impact partnerships that create long-term value.

Nice to have

• Prior exposure to developer, publisher, or partnerships.
• Strong network within digital-first brands, apps, or content ecosystems.
