Customer Application Engineer

Overview

The Customer Application Engineer (CAE) provides technical support to customers and the Sales/FAE team, and helps develop opportunities using Monolithic Power Systems products.

What you'll do

• Provide technical support to customers, sales channels, and partners across the territory.
• Coordinate technical matters with the factory team as needed.
• Manage joint development programs with customers.
• Collaborate with customers on system architecture design and troubleshooting.
• Lead technical discussions and hands-on demonstrations, including evaluation kit usage.
• Develop and deliver technical training for internal teams and customers.

What you'll need

• BE with 5 to 6 years of hands-on experience in power management, design and testing, or as a Field Application Engineer in semiconductors.
• Automotive design and development or Automotive FAE/CAE background is preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent oral and written proficiency in English.
• Ability to communicate complex technical concepts clearly to internal teams and customers.
• Willingness to travel to support customer sites as needed.
