Business Development Representative (EMEA)

Overview

Drive business development for Docker in the EMEA market by qualifying prospects, understanding customer needs, and scheduling discovery meetings for sales representatives.

What you'll do

• Prospect existing Docker users likely to acquire commercial licenses.
• Identify prospective customers' needs and challenges.
• Qualify incoming product inquiries and determine prospect interest.
• Schedule discovery meetings for sales representatives and prospects.
• Achieve targets for qualified prospects and new opportunities.
• Share customer feedback with cross-functional teams.
• Mentor teammates and contribute to team development.

What you'll need

• At least 1 year of work experience in sales.
• Proficiency in English.
• A demonstrated track record of success.
• Excellent phone, writing, and listening skills.
• Willingness to learn the industry's use cases and product value propositions.
• A 4-year college degree or equivalent experience is preferred.

Nice to have

• Proficiency in German, French, or Spanish.
