Business Function Design Architect

Overview

Business Function Design Architect responsible for innovating and designing business process frameworks, including KPIs, to meet business requirements.

What you'll do

• Innovate and design function business processes aligned to business and function requirements.
• Work with business process owners to create process blueprints and define business process requirements.
• Establish characteristics and key performance indicators (KPIs) to drive process efficiency.
• Assist in quality management reviews to ensure business and design requirements are met.
• Educate stakeholders to ensure understanding of process designs.
• Lead development and refinement of business process frameworks to support organizational objectives.
• Mentor junior team members and facilitate communication across cross-functional teams.

What you'll need

• Minimum 5 years of experience.
• Proficiency in Cloud Strategy and Assessment.
• Strong analytical skills to evaluate business processes and identify improvement areas.
• Experience designing and implementing process blueprints and performance measurement frameworks.
• Ability to collaborate with diverse teams and stakeholders to drive consensus and alignment.
• Excellent communication skills to educate and guide stakeholders on process designs and benefits.
• 15 years full time education required.
