Business Intelligence Analyst

Overview

Business Intelligence Analyst responsible for coordinating SCV operations, managing access requests and incidents, supporting supplier onboarding, and improving related processes and reporting.

What you'll do

• Coordinate SCV 1.0 and SCV 2.0 operations across suppliers, buyers, MPMs, IT, engineering security, and support teams.
• Process SCV requests by extracting missing drawings and attaching them to events.
• Analyze supplier locations and assign appropriate access levels during onboarding.
• Triage and track ServiceNow incidents and access requests through resolution and closure.
• Maintain the Continuous Improvement Program tracker and drive initiatives to closure.
• Analyze incident trends and propose process or system improvements.
• Prepare incident and usage reports and maintain access-request procedures and FAQs.
