Business Intelligence (BI) Analyst

Overview

Business Intelligence (BI) Analyst role focused on turning raw data into actionable insights. You will build reporting dashboards, ensure data quality, and support leadership with analytics for strategic decisions.

What you'll do

• Design, develop, and publish management reports and interactive dashboards using Power BI, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Deliver daily, weekly, monthly, and quarterly recurring performance reports to leadership.
• Validate and proofread data to maintain accuracy and completeness before distribution.
• Perform trend analysis and statistical deep-dives to translate complex data into business narratives.
• Identify patterns, anomalies, and opportunities and provide data-backed recommendations for executive decisions.
• Automate manual workflows and reporting processes using Microsoft Power Platform tools.

What you'll need

• 2+ years of post-qualification experience as a Data Analyst, BI Analyst, or Data Scientist.
• Bachelor’s degree (B.E. / B.Tech or equivalent) in a relevant field.
• Advanced MS Excel knowledge and proficiency across the Microsoft suite.
• Hands-on experience with MS Power BI, Power Automate (Flow), Power Apps, MS Forms, and SharePoint lists.
• Experience implementing Row-Level Security/Access.
• Hands-on ability to handle, clean, and model large, complex datasets.
• Exceptional written and verbal English communication for presenting findings to global stakeholders.
