Business Operations Associate

Overview

Business Operations Associate role managing the end-to-end order lifecycle and supporting cross-functional coordination and process improvement.

What you'll do

• Manage the end-to-end order lifecycle, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and timely delivery while coordinating with cross-functional teams.
• Proactively track and expedite orders, resolving issues to maintain timelines.
• Identify process gaps, streamline workflows, and develop SOPs to improve efficiency.
• Leverage ERP/Ariba and reporting tools to drive visibility and support decision-making.

What you'll need

• 3+ years of experience in Order Management / Supply Chain / Operations
• Strong understanding of end-to-end supply chain processes
• Hands-on experience with SAP/ERP systems and Ariba portal
• Good working knowledge of MS Excel and PowerPoint
• Willing to take ownership and can manage work independently
• Proactive and solution-oriented, not just task-driven
• Can coordinate across teams and manage stakeholders effectively
• Communicate confidently and clearly in English (verbal and written)

Nice to have

• Exposure to Power BI and data analytics
• Familiarity with global trade compliance and tariffs
