Business Operations Specialist

Overview

Business Operations Specialist responsible for setup, configuration, and maintenance of conference technologies to ensure high-quality conference experiences.

What you'll do

• Set up and configure critical conference technologies.
• Develop and conduct QA for the Exhibitor Portal.
• Provide complex configuration support for strategic initiatives.
• Run QA testing, generate process documentation, and create training guides.
• Perform data quality audits, investigations, and remediations for accurate conference analytics.
• Troubleshoot technology challenges with attendees and Gartner associates remotely and onsite.

What you'll need

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent (preferred).
• 2+ years of relevant experience.
• Excellent verbal and written communication with strong customer service skills.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Strong time management and organization skills; ability to manage multiple tasks and meet tight deadlines.
• Ability to solve complex problems, think creatively, and use data to explain insights.
• Ability to work both independently and with local/remote team members.

• Location: Gurgaon.
• Willingness to travel 5% of the year regionally.
